Arthur Owens, Coldwell Banker

Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to present myself to you as a potential contender to becoming your buyer representative real estate agent. My name is Arthur Owens. I am married to my of 22 years, Suzanne. We have to adult sons 20 years old and 22 years old. We now reside in Lancaster, Ohio. I am originally for Bethel, Ohio, a small community 35 miles east of Cincinnati. I served in the U.S. Army from 1986 - 1990. I have also been a member of the Bethel-Tate Fire Department for the past 42 years. I served as a full-time Fire Chief with the Washington Township Fire Department for 9 years, before retiring. My wife and I moved to Lancaster nearly 2 years ago to care for her elderly mother, who is now under hospice care in our home. Retirement wasn't for me and I have always had an interest in real estate, so I went back to school and obtained my real estate license and here I am. I have found such great pleasure in helping others buy or sell their homes, and in many instances, both.
